Training
Training - 1 a: the act, process, or method of one that trains b: the skill, knowledge, or experience acquired by one that trains
2: the state of being trained.
That says it all. That is why we train. So we are ready to act, to do our job, as if it is second nature. Since B shift at Firehouse 11 does a good amount of training, I decided to post some pictures and a description of some of our training. Yes it may be different from what others firehouses practice, both in the County and across America, but it works for us. So we hope you enjoy the new link!!
